This agreement has been entered into between you as the user of Focus Singapore WhitePages (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Focus Singapore.

  1. For the purpose of this Agreement, a "User" is any person who access Focus Singapore WhitePages for any purpose whatsoever.
  2. By accessing or using the services of Focus Singapore WhitePages, User signifies his acceptance and acknowledgment to the terms and conditions set forth herein, including expressively, but not limited to, those available by hyperlinks and general principles for the websites of our subsidiaries and affiliates. If the User does not agree to these terms and conditions, it is suggested in the User's own benefit, not to use the services of Focus Singapore WhitePages.
  3. Focus Singapore WhitePages reserves the right to revise/modify these terms and conditions at any point of time, by updating this page, and the User's use of Focus Singapore WhitePages after any such revision/modification, signifies User's acceptance to the revised/modified terms and conditions. Therefore the User is suggested to check these terms and conditions periodically for any changes. This Agreement was last updated on September 14th 2010.
  4. Any clause contained in this Agreement, if deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the terms and conditions.
  5. The User agrees to use the services provided by Focus Singapore WhitePages, this Website, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only. User agrees not to violate any laws, third party rights or our policies.
  6. Privacy: The User agrees to the PRIVACY POLICY of Focus Singapore WhitePages. While using the service of Focus Singapore WhitePages, the User shall provide the information like Company Name, Description, Address, Website, Facebook/Twitter links, Logos, Trademarks, images etc. and Contact Person's information like Name and Contact Number, e – mail ID, Twitter/Facebook ID (collectively referred to as "Business information"). The user acknowledges and agrees that these Business information shall be available publicly over internet once these information is submitted to Focus Singapore WhitePages and Focus Singapore shall have no control over use/misuse of these business information. Focus Singapore reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove the Business information available at Focus Singapore WhitePages, if Focus Singapore receives request in this regard, from the User or the owner of the business/trademark.
  7. The User agrees not to post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information). Focus Singapore reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any such information, which is reported or which Focus Singapore believes to be false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or libelous and block the user who posts such false/misleading information.
  8. The User agrees not to use services of Focus Singapore WhitePages, if he is not able to form legally binding contracts, is less than 18 years of age or is temporarily or indefinitely suspended from Focus Singapore.
  9. Focus Singapore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, without telling any reason, to cancel or refuse any business from listing on Focus Singapore WhitePages, regardless of whether listing has been confirmed.
  10. The User acknowledges and agrees that Focus Singapore does not take any responsibility to calculate, report or remit sales or any other taxes which may be assessed or owing to the Taxing Authorities of any jurisdiction for transactions that arise in connection with the use of this Website.
  11. Through this Website, Focus Singapore provides an electronic web-based platform for exchanging information between buyers and suppliers of products and services. Users are hereby made aware that there may be risk of dealing with people acting under false pretenses.
  12. The User agrees to provide authentic and true information. Focus Singapore reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If upon confirmation such User details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Focus Singapore has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the Services of Focus Singapore WhitePages, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
  13. Notwithstanding anything contained herein Focus Singapore WhitePages/this Website act(s) merely as an information intermediary or as a booking agent to facilitate the spreading of information on various businesses provided by various Vendors and shall in no way be responsible for any quality of product or services being offered by such businesses/vendors. In no event shall this Website, its parent company, its directors, officials, representatives and employees be liable for any damages relating to products/services rendered through its various platforms. All Users who are exposed to each other through this Website must exercise normal commercial caution in mutual dealings and Focus Singapore accepts no responsibility for any wrongdoing by any side.
  14. Focus Singapore will not be responsible for any damage suffered by Users from use of the services on this site. This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act/omission of the Vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action.
  15. The User expressly agrees that the use of service(s) of Focus Singapore WhitePages is at the User's sole risk. The service(s) of Focus Singapore WhitePages is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Focus Singapore, its parent company, affiliates, employees, agents, consultants, contracted companies make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the service, or as to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information, service or merchandise provided through this service. Focus Singapore does not represent or warrant maintaining the confidentiality of information; although Focus Singapore's current practice is to utilize reasonable efforts to maintain such confidentiality. It is also carefully understood that all warranties, implied or express take place between the Vendors and the Buyers.
  16. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes arising out or pertaining hereto.
  17. Focus Singapore act as a mere venue/platform to the owners of business to apply for the listing of their respective businesses. Focus Singapore does not conduct in any manner whatsoever the verification and/or authentication of the listed business, their actual addresses or their respective owners. The information/listing provided herein is merely for the Users information and in no way constitute warranty of any kind or nature.
